Long awaited, Wildly's self-titled debut album is with us now. The culmination of many years perfecting his craft, it forms Vincent Wildly's most complete collection thus far.

In isolation, the endless swirls of 'Terra' and 'Rhiwagor' bring to mind the vast, soaring arrangements favoured by Tangerine Dream and Vangelis, while 'Forever Regarded' accedes to the tired sounds of the Stars of the Lid. With 'Charmed Circle', we chance upon a quaint spring ritual, played out amongst the bluebells.

In truth, 'Wildly' is an album which should be taken as a whole, left to play out in its own unhurried wonder. One best enjoyed on an overcast day, high upon a hill, as the sun sinks slowly beyond the horizon.
