Shipping includes the cost of packaging.
At present we use Royal Mail to ship in the UK, however for larger orders we may arrange a courier to deliver your order.
Everything will be shipped as International standard throughout the world.
Tracked & Economy Shipping:
If you wish to add tracked shipping or if you wish to reduce the cost of shipping with economy (USA & Australia Only), you can get in touch at plentywenlock@gmail.com, please use the subject 'shipping' to organise with us.
*IMPORTANT NOTE FOR EU CUSTOMERS* Due to the UK leaving the EU Customs Union, shipping to the EU is considerably more difficult for us. If you do encounter extra customs charges and wish to return the item, we can refund the cost of the item only (if the item is numbered and not personalised). If you do accept the charges as a gesture of goodwill, we will offer you a download of your choice.
General:
As we make each order up by hand and are based in a very rural area, we aim to ship all orders well within 14 days (unless it is a pre-order), but this may take longer as there's just the two of us. Your patience is really appreciated.

Returns accepted if in good condition and the item is numbered and not personalised. We will only refund the item cost of all returns, not the cost of delivery itself.
